1. About these terms
Rtereafgh is an online headphone store operated by RTEREAFGH INC at rtereafgh.com. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy explain the related parts of your order.

2. Placing an order
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Please supply accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not confirm dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, the address is outside our delivery area, an item is unavailable, or there is a clear pricing or listing error. We will notify you and refund any amount paid for an order we cancel. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

3. Products and compatibility
Our current collection consists of wired over-ear headphones. Connections, cable types, earcup designs, and included accessories vary by product. Check the individual product page and your device's headphone output before ordering. A suitable adapter may be needed for devices without a compatible analog audio output; it is included only when the product page says so.

Screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not excuse sending a different product or an item that does not match its description. If a listing error affects your purchase, contact us so we can resolve it.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Processing begins after your order and payment have been confirmed.

5. Changes and cancellations
Email info@rtereafgh.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. We can make changes or cancel only before dispatch. A request is not confirmed until we reply. If the order has already shipped, our Refund Policy applies. An approved cancellation receives a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

6. Delivery and returns
We deliver only to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, subject to the exclusions in our Shipping Policy. Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit takes 3-7 business days, for an estimated total of 4-9 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery under our Refund Policy. We do not offer direct exchanges. Please read that policy for return conditions, shipping costs, and refund timing.

7. Using the website
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with checkout, or unauthorized access to systems or personal information. Website content may be used for personal shopping purposes. Other uses require permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.

8. Your rights and our responsibilities
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights, remedies, or warranties that cannot legally be excluded. We remain responsible for fulfilling the order and the commitments described in our policies. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi and applicable U.S. federal law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Changes to these terms apply from the updated date shown above. A later policy change will not reduce the rights attached to an order already placed.
