Payment Policy
1. Currency and order total
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Your order summary shows the item prices, any applicable sales tax, shipping charge, and final total before you pay. Standard shipping to eligible destinations is $0.00 USD.
2. Payment methods
Depending on availability and your device, checkout may offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available for your order. A listed wallet may not appear on every browser or device.
3. Payment confirmation
Payment must be successfully confirmed before order processing begins. Your payment provider may first show a temporary authorization. An order that fails payment verification will not be dispatched. Please use a payment method you are authorized to use and enter the correct billing details.
4. Declined or duplicate payments
If payment is declined, check your billing details and available funds, or contact your payment provider. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same order. If you see a possible duplicate charge, email info@rtereafgh.com with the order number, transaction date, and amount. Do not email your full card number or security code.
5. Payment security and bank fees
Checkout payments are handled by the payment services available on our store. We do not request payment card credentials by email. Your bank or wallet provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges; ask that provider for details before paying.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Return conditions and return-shipping responsibilities are explained in our Refund Policy. If you cannot see an approved refund after 5 business days, contact us so we can trace the transaction.
